Support Policy: TEXMAC direct support is available free of charge for
dealers and customers who have purchased their embroidery machine or
software from TEXMAC Inc. Those
requiring help who purchased their embroidery equipment from a company
other than TEXMAC will be charged a $45.00 per-incident fee when
calling. To
