Here are the steps for installing and adjusting the Hoop Tech Clamp on your Happy machine.
Please download the Tech Tip Sheet for step-by-step instructions to adjust your control panel to use the clamp.

HELPFUL HINT - Always remove any hoops or clamping systems before turning on the machine to prevent damage
to the presser foot and thread holder assembly.!!

These are the pieces that you need to run the clamp.
This is a 9 inch base and the 7.5 x 6 inch window.

The Base of the Hoop Clamp, tubular arms (wings) and screws
Attach the wings from below as shown ... right side
Attach as shown … left side
The window base and yellow upper window for dense or heavy fabrics
This silver upper window is for lighter weight fabrics
Attach window base so it centers on the black thumb screw
Then Tighten the large black thumb screw
Attach the upper window (yellow or silver) on the pin as shown

Then clip other side.
Turn on Machine & Press “Set” to complete Frame Move
With the control panel, move the x-carriage to the back
Insert Hoop tech clamp from behind as shown
Slide the wings under the arm clamps as shown
Make sure the clamp locks down on the positioning screws just like a hoop
Complete attachment
Adjust the side bolts for the correct height left and right.
Make sure the clamp is even left to right and level so that it doesn't contact the embroidery arm as it moves
