TEXMAC Return Policy
THE FOLLOWING IS NEW POLICIES
FOR THE RETURN OF PARTS.
PLEASE POST THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
1. ALL PARTS RETURNED TO
TEXMAC FOR CREDIT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN (30) DAYS OF SHIP DATE OR NO
CREDIT IS AVAILABLE.
ALL GOOD PARTS ORDERED AND RETURNED FOR CREDIT ARE
SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
2. ANY PART THAT WAS SPECIAL ORDERED FOR A CUSTOMER AND IS A NON STOCK ITEM IS NON RETURNABLE AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
3. ALL ELECTRONIC PARTS
SHIPPED TO A CUSTOMER AND THEN RETURNED TO TEXMAC WILL RESULT IN A $50.00
RETURN FEE PER ITEM
SO THE PARTS CAN BE RECHECKED FOR QUALITY BEFORE BEING
RETURNED TO GOOD STOCK.
4. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WITH
SERIAL NUMBERS WILL BE RECORDED AT TEXMAC BEFORE SHIPPING AND THAT ITEM
CANNOT BE CREDITED
UNLESS THE SERIAL NUMBERS MATCH.
5. WHEN WARRANTY PARTS ARE
SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS THE CUSTOMER IS CHARGED FOR THE PART UNTIL THE WARRANTY
PART IS RETURNED TO TEXMAC.
IF THE WARRANTY PART IS RETURNED TO TEXMAC FIRST
WITH COMPLETED PAPER WORK THEN THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER FOR
THE PART.
6. WHEN A (RA) RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS ISSUED THE CUSTOMER HAS (30) DAYS TO RETURN THE PART
OR THAT NUMBER IS CANCELLED
AND THE RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED.
